Findings Genes Cause Autism

Autism is a disease that until now there has been a known cause and is still performed in-depth research to studying.
One recent study about autism finds those with autism have a common gene with different variations. The findings of these genes could eventually facilitate diagnosis and develop treatment and prevention of autism in children.
The study, published in the Journal Nature compared the genes of thousands of thousands of people with autism to normal. The results of the study showed, most people with autism have a genetic variation of their DNA that affects the relationship between cells of the brain.
The researchers also revealed an association antara utisme with 'minor errors' in the DNA segment located inside the cell communication.
"These findings could open up an opportunity to find out how to fix the problem on the function and development of brain cells that experienced by people with autism," said Hakon Hakonarson, head of the Center for Applied Genomics at Children's Hospital in Philadelphia, USA.
Although the findings about the relationship with the DNA is not the cause of autism for the first time, up to now have not found a way to prevent it.
In a previous study found 65% of people with autism have a gene variation that cadherin 10 and cadherin 9. The gene controlling the adhesion molecules that exist in the brain, and researchers estimate that's what causes autism.
Then, another study found an association between autism and the genetic material containing ubiquitin. Ubiquitin is a protein that bound to the adhesion molecules and also in relation to brain cells.
